Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lead Hatcher's website and lead-capture services. By using Lead Hatcher, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Lead Hatcher provides hosted landing pages, lead capture, and owner notification tools (including optional daily email digests and instant SMS alerts) for participating businesses.

Standard subscription (self-serve)

Self-serve Standard is a paid subscription with a 14-day free trial. You must enter a valid payment method through Stripe Checkout before your landing page goes live. You are not charged during the trial.

When the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the monthly or annual rate you selected at checkout unless you cancel before then. You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal (Manage billing link in your account emails) or by contacting us. Cancel during the trial for no charge — service ends immediately. After you convert to a paid subscription, cancel anytime; access continues through the billing period you already paid for, then ends.

Use Manage billing from your setup link. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect right away; Stripe credits unused time on your current plan toward the annual rate ($790/yr, 2 months free vs paying monthly). Switching from annual to monthly is scheduled for the end of your current annual period — you keep annual access until then, then $79/mo applies.

Lead Hatcher does not store full credit or debit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for how billing-related data is handled.

Business owner accounts

Business owners receive a private setup link to opt in to alert channels. You are responsible for keeping setup links confidential. You must provide accurate information and obtain any internal approvals needed before enabling notifications to your team.

Consent and messaging

Owner SMS and email alerts require affirmative opt-in. Lead capture on your landing page remains disabled until at least one active alert channel is configured, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For SMS alerts: message frequency varies with lead volume; messages are sent when new leads are saved. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS alerts, or START or UNSTOP to turn them back on. Reply HELP or INFO for program details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Lead Hatcher for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Submit false leads or interfere with the platform's operation
• Attempt to access other businesses' data without authorization
• Violate applicable telecommunications, privacy, or marketing laws

Leads and end-customer consent

Businesses are responsible for the content of their landing pages and for obtaining appropriate consent from people who submit lead forms, including SMS consent where required by law.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimer of warranties

Lead Hatcher is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Hatcher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Hatcher from claims arising from your use of the service, your landing page content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
